I remember that they were working on a caboose in Bristol last time I was out there (which is now close to three years ago). NS 25N passes the renovated station area in downtown Abingdon on the siding as they approach the stop signal telling them to wait for the arrival of 16T. Soon a former N&W caboose will be placed behind the black fence to the left of the train.
