Judging by the sheet-metal work on the nose, recessed ditch lights, and new marker lights, it would seem this unit, along with a couple others, was being overhauled when work was stopped. I would guess said work was being done around 2000-2001, but alas, the decision was made to curtail further F40PH overhauls.
