Nice one. I did not know there were any WP flats designed for carrying concrete ties. Quite the reinforcements on the bulkheads.

These cars were built by Gunderson in 1964. They were originally painted black. They were originally designed for sheetrock loading, hence the heavily reinforced ends. They also were equipped with tie rods and turnbuckles, the mounts for which can be seen at the top of the bulkheads and between stake pockets 2 and 3 from the end.
