From what little info is out there about these two, they are both GG20B's. Apparently, they are in storage while their Green Goat battery problems are being corrected.

Doug, any chance you can dig up the original file to see what the unit to the far right is? I can barely make out the number at this size, but it appears to be #12xx or something along those lines? Appears to be another goat.
