Portland Terminal 1003 in 1970, a Rare Bird
This is an Alco HH-600, blt 9/36, and reported scrapped in 1969 (but not quite). Thanks to Larry Hawkes for this information. See his comment below.

My Great Grandfather operated this locomotive. I have an "incident report" on it. He accidently ran it into a bumper, and was wrote up.
