A make do FOXY RIP track
Title:  A make do FOXY RIP track
Description:  A WSOR truck, the sister railroad of the FOXY under the WATCO umbrella, sits next to W. 2nd St. while employees work on some boxcars set out on the northwest leg of the Appleton Wye. This seems to be a common spot in the yard that the FOXY uses to works on both locomotives and freight cars.
