CRIP DL-107 #621 - Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific
Title:  CRIP DL-107 #621 - Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific
Description:  Nicknamed "Christine" (not sure why), this Alco DL-107 model was built in October of 1941. It had the unusual experience of being repowered by Alco's rival, EMD. The engine had dual V12 prime movers installed in June of 1953. It had a sharp appearance but unfortunately, the loco was sold for scrap in January of 1968. No date, location or photographer was given for the photo so approximates were used.
