Description:  CSXT 2548 with PO-3 (aka CSX L077) rounds the bend in some nice afternoon light as they approach Webster Rd. in Freeport, Maine on the former MEC main line. They are returning from interchanging with FGLK's Midcoast Railservice in Brunswick and have a twelve cement loads from Dragon in tow. This is the second freight run that I know of to go to Brunswick with a CSX locomotive, the first being last December when a CSX SD40-2 from a rail extra was used.

Description:  L054-27 with CSXT 2548 - MEC 319 - MEC 305 has made their swap with L053 at Leeds Junction and is now seen heading back "east" up the Rumford Branch with 29 cars; the first six being for industries along the line before Rumford. This is one of my favorite spots along the branch where the tracks cross Dead River then Rt. 106 twice right after in a short span, passing a typical rural Maine campground to the side.

Description:  It's a gorgeous spring afternoon as CSXT 2548 takes the local back from Brunswick to Rigby, seen passing the searchlights guarding the former Pan Am CPF-198, now known on the new CSX timetable as CP - Oil Plant. The tracks on the right; while empty are part of Sprague, a relatively large rail customer who loads incoming clay slurry from ships into tank cars for the railroad to take to the paper mills.
