Description:  Prevosto. Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Modena, Pennsylvania, c. 1952. Prominent here is Long Island Rail Road engine #145, a G-53SD (4-6-0) "Ten-Wheeler" built by the American Locomotive Company during 1917. Note that the bell, headlight, smokebox number plate, and main driving rods have been removed in preparation for scrapping.
