Top Left-Hand Photo: Shown here is PRR engine #5940, an L-6A built by the Lima Locomotive Works in May of 1934, rated at 2,500 horsepower, renumbered "4791" in November of 1966, and retired in April of 1968. Bottom Left-Hand Photo: Shown here is PRR engine #4764, a P-5A built by General Electric in September of 1932, rated at 3,750 horsepower, and retired in November of 1961. Bottom Right-Hand Photo: Shown here is PRR engine #7857, an O-1C built in Juniata in December of 1931, rated at 2,500 horsepower, and retired in June of 1961. |
