Description:
Built by Baldwin Locomotive Works in July of 1910 for the Chicago & Eastern Illinois as their number 21, it was renumbered to CEI #3643 in 1911. In June of 1939, the switcher was assigned duies at the Evansville, IN yard. The scrapper's torch caught up with the loco in October of 1948. This sturdy little switcher was caught by Sid Davies working the yard in Chicago Heights, IL.
