Description:  Conrail CA11 with CSX (CRQ) SD40-2 #8817 (nee-CR) and NS SD45-2 #1701 (nee-EL) cross the Mantua Creek swing-style movable bridge in Paulsboro,NJ. Conrail installed a new Programmable Logic Controller and associated mechanical, electrical and signal apparatus and a radio-cohtrolled system to operate the opening and closing of the swing span from the cab of the locomotive. 0926 hours.
