Description:  I only visited Boston once as a teenager, but I enjoyed going to both North Station and&South Station. The Boston and Maine operated its commuter service with a fleet of about one hundred RDCs and here are a number laying over at North Station during the day in November 1975. In about a year, these vnits would be sold to the MBTA.

Title:  Reading 9161
Description:  The Wall Street and the Crusader were all that was left of competition with Amtrak in the Northeast Corridor. They operated Monday to Friday on commuter schedules between Reading Terminal and Newark. The Crusaders equipment ran through to and from Reading. I rode these trains every chance I could get. Here the Reading Wall Street is boarding at Newark in March 1976 for its sprint to Reading Terminal in Philadelphia.
