Album Info:Amtrak is running two sold-out excursions over the Port Road, A&S, and Columbia Branch on November 2nd & 3rd, 2013. I think the last time a passenger train plied all 3 branches the same day may have been in September, 1988, when the Lancaster Chapter NRHS, the Strasburg Rail Road, and Conrail helped Columbia celebrate its bicentennial. Two round-trips operated between Lancaster and Columbia, and one round-trip was made down the Port Road, wyeing the train at Perryville. Date is approximate.
