I've visited the Odenton station on and off for 5 or 6 years. About 2001 these signs on each end of the station building dissappeared. I was afraid they had been stolen. Instead MARC did a really great job restoreing them. |

In the WWII Odenton was a Junction between 'Mead' on the B&O *today on the CSX Capitol Sub) and a shortl line further east that ran between Baltimoe to Annapolis. If I followed the grades properly the track across the NEC would be just a few feet infront of the ccmera. |
