Album Info:My favorite train pics for the month of April 2011 include OC Transpo in Ottawa Canada crossing a raging Rideau River, VIA Rail at Ottawa Station, freighters at my usual hangouts on CN's Bala Subdivision, CSX Tropicana Orange Juice yard switchers in Bradenton, Florida, and pics of the sparkling restored Pullman coach at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Florida.

Description:  Like many railfans, I see the old telegraph poles, some with multi-colored glass insulators, as a key component of the railroad's past. These poles that line"CN's Bala sub were likely installed in the early 1960s, but have not carried wires in well over 20 years.
