Description:  The WYCO yard in Laramie. AT this time WYCO was on its deathbed. A crew was trying to get the SP unit running. I heard later that they were going to use it to haul out the last remaining freight cars off the line before scrapqing.

Description:  Dakota Short Line (official rpt marks DAKS) was an attempt to reopen part of the ex Dakota Southern, exx MILW Napa-Platte line. DAKS actually ran out to Tyndell on 65 lb rail with this beast. Grain loading never materiallized, and they were forced to give up the operation.
