Birmingham created the Cripple Creek & Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad in 1967, he bought a 1936 German Henschel built 0-4-0ngT+T #2 for the tourist excursions. The "T+T" represents a tank engine (T) with an added tender (+T).J im Lockart caught the action as it was heading up a hillside with the day's excursion.
