Album Info:Brewster Ohio is home to the Wheeling & Lake Erie headquarters and shops.Over the years they've rebuilt many GP35s and SD40s as well as one GP9.In the last few years, they rebuilt a number of units that were also equipped with PTC. This unit is the 25th of its kind.
