Album Info:My wife and I took a cautious (i.e. masked and socially distanced) trip on Amtrak's Downeaster up to the charming New England College town of Brunswick, ME. Locals refer to the train as "The Downeastah."

Description:  This is the former eastern main line; the "Lower Road" of the Maine Central. It formerly was a through route from Brunswick up to Waterville, where it rejoined the western main line. Now severed; several remaining customers are serviced by Pan Am Railways.
