Signal is showing Aspect- Medium Approach Medium, NORAC Rule 283a- Proceed at Meduim Speed until entire train clears all interlockijg or spring switches, then appraoch the enxt signal at Medium Speed. Trains exceeding Medium Speed must begin reduction to Medium Speed as soon at the Medium Approach medium Signal is clearly visible.
