Album Info:A once thriving Quaker Oats was serviced by EL Akron Yard crews. I only switched there one time in the early 70s. Later, Amtrak would stop in Akron, but that service also stopped, so it looks like this today.

Description:  24" gauge 0-4-0. Some interesting history, built in 1936 by Henschel & Son for Gruen & Bilfinger Construction of Germany. Sold to Mack Lowry in 1961. I was able to find a 1983 photo of it at Quaker Square. It was in black paint at the time and it's name is Gotha.
