Viewing Album:  Two days at Pitcairn in August, 1978.

Album Info:Conrail's operations out of Pitcairn on August 19, 1978 included C425 2451, SD45's 6070 and 6193, SD40 6333, GP35 2368, GP38 7727, and U23B's 2785 and 2729. A day later, GP40 3227 led a pair of C425's with mixed freight while C425 2436 and GP38 7781 provided the extra push up the grade. Waiting for assignment, SD40-2 6416, U25B 2588, and GP38-2 8043 joined the 20-cylinder EMD's.
