Description:  Today gets a bit of a scare at Carney's Crossing. The Ns 64J's second unit has a flame showing out of it. A 911 call was reported on this train from a person waiting to get across but in the mean time another railfan was able to flag the engineer. The train stopped in Cresson. And nothing was reported wrong but you can tell just by looking at it that something is wrong.

Description:  Just our luck! The Ferrosur units were parked behind all the engines on the fuel racks so they were inaccessible for photo taking but then as we drove towad the east side of the yard we noticed the units were gone and then we looked ahead and saw them moving! These engines would be assigned to NS 197. Now what I dont get is that NS took the engines north and now they are just taking them back south again. I think that is a little weird but I dont really care because I have never seen Ferrosur units before and the railraod is located in central to southern Mexico so I am pretty happy seeing these brand new units.
