Title:  WCRL 6499
Description:  One of two locomotives on the West Chester's roster with B&O heritage, this GP-9 was constructed in 1956 and served it original owner until the 1980s. After a period on the Ohio Central, the locomotive came to the West Chester and was repainted into a Pennsylvania Railroad paint scheme for a few years before restoration to its current look. The locomotive has recently been refurbished to provide many more years of service for the railroad.

Later, it was bought by the Ohio Central and renumbered to 99, which afterwards was bought by West Chester Railroad and renumbered back to 6499.
